Most DAXVELY products purchased through daxvely.com are covered by a 90-day limited warranty, beginning on the date your order is delivered.

This limited warranty applies to eligible manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship and qualifying structural or functional issues that occur during normal intended use.

Depending on the circumstances, product availability, and the nature of the issue, we may offer a replacement product, a replacement component or accessory where available, store credit, or a refund where appropriate.

The specific resolution will be determined after reviewing the warranty claim and will be subject to this policy and applicable consumer protection laws.

What Is Covered

Manufacturing Defects

What Is Not Covered

This limited warranty does not cover damage or issues caused by accidental drops, impacts, cracks, or breakage; improper assembly or installation; misuse or use outside the product's intended purpose; exposure to excessive moisture, extreme temperatures, chemicals, or unsuitable environments; normal wear and tear; or cosmetic changes resulting from regular use.

It also does not cover damage caused by unauthorized repairs, modifications, or alterations, improper cleaning or maintenance, loss or theft, or damage occurring after the applicable warranty period.

Minor variations in color, finish, texture, surface patterns, proportions, material characteristics, or decorative details are generally not considered defects when they do not materially affect the product's intended use.

Slight differences between individual products or production batches may occur because of material characteristics and manufacturing processes. Such variations do not necessarily indicate a manufacturing defect.

Any exclusions under this section remain subject to applicable consumer protection laws and do not limit rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Damaged or Defective Items

Please also include clear photographs showing the affected product, relevant components, and any visible damage. If the item was damaged during shipping, photographs of the outer packaging, inner protective materials, and shipping label will also be helpful.
